SHIPPING POLICY

On Orders $100 and Above

We will ship any orders costing $100+ for free within the lower 48 US States (plus the District of Columbia).

​

Note:-  This offer is not applicable to wholesale and store accounts and does not apply to any products or orders with a price lowered under $100 by a promotion or gift certificate.
 

Where Do You Ship To?


Orders placed on our website can be sent to the lower 48 US States (plus the District of Columbia).

We are unable to deliver to Alaska, Hawaii, and all other offshore insular areas, such as American Samoa, Guam, the Northern Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands.

If you wish to ship anywhere else, please get in touch with our orders team for a shipping quote, as those orders can't be placed online. yo@chiln.co

General Shipping Information


To ensure your order is processed and delivered and you receive your order within the advised timelines on our webpage, please make sure you include the full and correct delivery address. Use the correct zip code, abbreviations, street numbers, building names, and apartment numbers where applicable.

Order Processing and Shipping Times

Please allow 1 business day for the processing of orders. Store and wholesale orders may take longer to process, and where this is the case, we will email you to advise.

Shipping within the lower 48 US States (plus the District of Columbia) takes approximately 5-7 business days from when the order is processed. 

​

Over 95% of orders are delivered within this period.

Note:- On rare occasions, if there are holidays, if there is extreme weather or other natural events, or if the address is in a remote location, it may take a little longer for your package to arrive.

 


Incorrect/incomplete address:

If a customer makes an order, it is their responsibility to make sure the address is correct on that order. CHILN accepts no liability for undelivered/missing orders if the customer provides an incomplete/incorrect address. 

If an incorrect address is provided, please email: yo@chiln.co as soon as possible.  Please provide the order number and correct shipping address, and we will endeavor to rectify that before the order ships.

How is Shipping Calculated

​

Shipping is based on the postage destination as well as the weight and size of the parcel. Guest and Retail account orders over $100 qualify for free shipping.

​

Most other parcels sent within the USA can be sent for $19.90 USD. However, larger packages with multiple items may cost more. Shipping is calculated on the checkout page after the destination is entered.
